How to Lose Weight Off Thighs

Here’s how to lose weight off thighs… and pretty much the rest of your body as well. What I’m about to share with you is a big part of what I personally do to keep my thighs thin and lean. You don’t need to do everything the same way I do, but you can take from this information and apply it to your own unique set of circumstances.

How to Lose Weight Off Thighs

1. Jumping jacks on a mini-trampoline

I write a lot of articles and I also watch too much HGTV. So what I do is this. During commercials, I jump on the mini-trampoline. This is about 2 and a half minutes for each commercial break. Also, either before or after I write an article, I force myself to jump on the mini-trampoline for another 3 minutes.

Let me tell you this.

I SNEAK IN my cardio with these 2 techniques. I blend it into my days naturally. A few minutes here and there like this doesn’t do anything to ruin my schedule like it would if I did this for 30-45 minutes non-stop. I usually don’t have time to set aside a huge 45 minute block of time to exercise.

The above is my alternative. And it’s great for legs and reducing the sight of cellulite on your legs and butt.

2. Rapid bodyweight squats

I also do these during tv commercials or after I finish writing an article. What I do is simple… I do 25 as fast as I can. It takes no more than 30-45 seconds. Typically, I do 8 sets of these a day. It’s a great investment of my time… 4-6 minutes.

There you have it. That’s how to lose weight off thighs and the rest of your body in a quick and efficient manner.
