Summer is upon us once again and that can only mean its time to break out the bikinis and bathing suits and show the world what you got or in most peoples cases “show the world how much weight you gained over the winter”. So, here is a quick and easy guide to help you lose weight, fast and easy to get your body looking and you feeling great for summertime events such as weddings, graduations, beach outings and all other summer activities.

Weight Loss Diet

A simple rule of thumb to lose weight fast and easy is to: eat less and move more. By eating less we mean less meats and processed foods but more foods such as fruits, vegetables. Try not to eat too much of anything that the earth doesn’t produce naturally i.e. (junk food, processed foods and red meat). This doesn’t mean you have to cut these items out of your diet but if, you do submit to these urges try to reduce the portion sizes. Another rule of thumb to use for portion size is that the item shouldn’t be larger than your palm.

Keep Physically Active All Summer Long

Moving more can be defined as any sustained physical activity that gets your heart rate up ideally for 20minutes to 1hour daily or at least 3 to 5 days a week. This can vary from a nice brisk walk to an intense cardiovascular combined with a weight training program. There’s nothing revolutionary about this formula to lose weight fast for summer. Its easier said than done but if, you just eat less and move more you will be ready to show off that beautiful body you have and be more confident for all the wonderful outdoor trips and activities in the summer.
